All orders should be received within 10-15 days. Don’t worry if your order doesn’t arrive in one parcel as items are usually sent separately. Please allow 28 days to cover Bank Holidays and busy periods etc. We can deliver anywhere in the U.K. including the Channel Islands. We can also export to most countries for an extra postage charge which is calculated automatically. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. If we are unable to despatch your order within 21 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
We try to ensure all prices quoted are correct and that products are accurately described on this website. If we discover an error in the price or description of the goods you have ordered, or there is a change in the rate of VAT, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price or description, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
SHIPPING AND TAX
The price shown for the goods excludes shipping costs unless specifically stated. The charge for “Shipping” is shown on the Checkout page. The price you pay will include VAT. We are unable to deduct the VAT on orders from the Channel Islands or overseas.
CREDIT CARD CHARGING
We start the personalisation process as soon as your order is received and therefore your credit card will be charged within one working day of you confirming your order.
We will replace free of charge or refund in full where the personalisation mistake is ours or goods are defective in materials or workmanship. This “No Quibble” guarantee is in addition to your legal rights.
Unfortunately, personalised goods that are incorrect as a result of the customer's input error are unable to be refunded.
Non-personalised goods may be returned within 30 days from receipt and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding outgoing and return postage costs, providing that all goods are carefully repackaged and returned to us in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of posting when returning items, as they remain your responsibility until we have received them.
In the event that the goods are not in a re-saleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a refund.
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software, monitors etc.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of this site.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible. A refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
All orders are accepted on the condition that English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts applies to all such accepted orders.
A cookie is a small piece of data which helps us to make our web site more user-friendly as it allows us to determine how often particular pages are visited. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies but you have the right not to accept them. If you do not wish to receive cookies, we advise you to read the information supplied with your browser software. This should give you the choice to accept or reject them. None of your personal details, e.g. name, address, credit card details, are held in your cookie.

NON RECEIPT OF GOODS
Delivery will usually be made within 7-10 days of receipt of your order. Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm. We only process and despatch orders within these times. All delivery and despatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends.
EMAIL OFFERS & VOUCHER CODES
- Only one voucher code can be used with each order.
- We reserve the right to refuse without reason or remove any voucher code at any time without notice to you.
We always send an email to the email address you submitted to inform you when your order has been despatched, you can be sure that if you have received this email your order is in transit.
Where products have not arrived from the date ordered, we do not accept any liability unless you have advised us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org of the matter within 28 days from the date on which you originally ordered the product.
We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
In the main, the majority of our products are despatched via 2nd Class Royal Mail. If you have not received your order within the 28 day period, you must check with your local Royal Mail office even if you have not been given due notification that the goods are being held at the local depot.
Where goods have been reprinted due to a failed delivery, if subsequently the original order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, then the customer will be liable for the recovery of all costs associated to the replacement of the order.
If you have not notified us with 28 days of ordering that your goods have not been received, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
